Hi, I’m Evelyn. I’ve spent more than 20 years working across SEND, inclusion, safeguarding, behaviour and pastoral support. I’ve seen how the right tools, combined with clear thinking, can help schools move towards a more confident and consistent approach. I created The INCLUDE Checklist because teachers, SENCOs and school leaders don’t need another complicated audit. They need something practical that helps them understand where they are now, identify the gaps and decide what to do next. My goal is to help schools move from reactive SEND support to confident, whole-school inclusion — where every child is supported and the responsibility doesn’t fall on one person.
